How does the booking process work?
Pick your dates in the calendar, fill in the form and click Book. We reply within 24h with confirmation and bank transfer details.
When and how do I pay?
By bank transfer, after we confirm your booking. A 30% deposit is due when booking, the rest up to 7 days before arrival.
Can I come with children?
Of course — the apartments are family-friendly. Łopień suits a couple with one child (a crib is available on request). Śnieżnica, with two separate bedrooms, is ideal for a family with two or three children, or two families together.
Can I bring a dog?
Mention it in the Notes field — we'll consider it case by case. Small and medium dogs are welcome on selected dates.
When do I get the access code?
The door PIN is sent automatically by email a few hours before check-in. The code is valid from 2:00 PM on your arrival day.
